1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of glowselects.com and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by GLOW SELECTS ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract.

3. Products, pricing and availability

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including its material and its measurements. Screens render colour differently, so a colour may vary slightly from what you see. Measurements are taken by hand and may vary by a small tolerance.

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, withdraw items or limit quantities at any time without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; it does not accept the order. The contract is formed when we ship. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where a pricing error has occurred.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that the payment method is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Glow Selects name, the site, its text, images and layout belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, to submit false information, or to place fraudulent orders.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in delaware.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order.
