Who we are
Glow Selects, trading as Glow Selects, operates glowselects.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. For any privacy question, write to support@glowselects.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and the contents of any message you send us.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring site, pages viewed, and time on site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process, fulfil and deliver your order, and to contact you about it
- To handle returns, refunds and support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To send marketing email, where you have opted in. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link
- To measure and improve how the store performs, including advertising measurement
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the store to work, such as keeping your cart between pages, and others that help us understand traffic and measure advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel, which reports actions taken on our site back to Meta so we can measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
You can manage your choices at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will break parts of the store.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, only with providers who need it to do their job:
- Shopify — hosting the store and processing orders
- Payment providers — taking payment and screening fraud
- Suppliers and carriers — fulfilling and delivering your order
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement and targeting
- Email and analytics providers — sending email you opted into, and measuring site performance
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners such as Meta may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under some US state laws, and you can opt out using the link above.
Your rights in California
If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what we collect and why, to request a copy, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email support@glowselects.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Your rights in other states
Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana, have comparable rights to access, correct, delete and opt out. Use the same email address and we will apply the rights available to you.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax and accounting obligations, and marketing contact details until you unsubscribe.
Security
The store runs over an encrypted connection and payment data is handled by PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.
